On May 23, 2000 following a complex series of educational quality controls, SWPS achieved accreditation for the teaching of its five-year Psychology MA degree program.

On June 16, 2005 the State Accreditation Committee - overseeing educational quality systems - awarded the department of Psychology at SWPS the mark of Distinction. Our College was the first private college in Poland to achieve a distinction accreditation from the University Accreditation Committee.

In fulfillment of the requirements of the State Accreditation Committee, our educational quality systems, as well as teaching conditions, were scrutinized and adjudged to be of the highest standard from amongst all third-level colleges in Poland, both public and private, and including technical colleges.
