Positive evaluation of Sociology at SWPS by the State Accreditation Committee |

On November 13th 2008 the State Accreditation Committee, the only statutory body in Poland entrusted with the responsibility of evaluating the quality of higher education, gave a positive evaluation for the 1st and 2nd cycle programmes in Sociology conducted at the Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The evaluation was warranted by the fulfilment of all requirements set by the Committee.

The SWPS Institute of Scandinavian Studies became licensed as an examination centre issuing Swedex certificates, confirming practical knowledge of Swedish as a foreign language on the A1 and B1 levels on the European scale. |

SWPS as a BEC Examination Centre |

Starting in the 2005/2006 academic year, SWPS has been an External BEC Examination Centre for the British Council and the University of Cambridge. This gives all SWPS students the chance to obtain worldrecognised certification confirming their knowledge of business English. |

"English for Psychology" Exam Certification |
|
SWPS has created an opportunity to obtain language skill certification: psychology students who successfully complete selected classes may take the "English for Psychology" exam. Those who pass the examobtain a certificate confirming their level of knowledge of professional English for the purposes of psychology. |
