The Cross-Cultural Management – brand new programme at SWPS
The Cross-Cultural Management programme is dedicated to the creation of leaders who can successfully face the complex world of business. It starts in October 2011 and is delivered fully in English.

The programme is an offer for all those who consider themselves humanists: those who are passionate about the social side of organizational life, who want to discover new cultures and use their knowledge in the practice of management.

It aims at providing knowledge about management processes in a multidimensional and highly changeable context. It combines business requirements with a humanistic perspective, dedicated to sustainability, diversity, and social responsibility. In the contemporary world, only managers with wide horizons, able to see the added value of diversity, are able to provide continuous growth to organizations. This is exactly the profile our alumni will meet.

Among a variety of courses it is worth mentioning:

  • Business decision making,
  • Organizational diagnostics,
  • Marketing across cultures,
  • Cross cultural communication,
  • International project management,
  • Principles of negotiations,
  • Multicultural psychology.

After graduating, cross-cultural management students have a wide range of management career prospects in all sectors of the economy, for example: small business, corporations, consulting, public services, administration, as well as NGOs, EU agencies, diplomacy, and international organizations.
