Dear Students, I have a pleasure to inform you that in the academic year 2011/12 a new initiative will take place. The goal of this initiative is to offer Students studying Psychology in English as well as Psychology in Polish the possibility to register for a unique course titled „Current Issues in International Psychology" (CIIP). The course will be an elective (3 ECTS; 30h) and will be composed of several lectures held by international lecturers during their visits at SWPS. The course will last two semesters to enable student participation in 30 hours of lectures. The lectures will be held in English. The requirement to pass the course is the attendance during the lectures. Days and hours of the lectures will be scheduled so that collisions with the obligatory courses chosen by the Students registered for CIIP will be avoided. I encourage you to take part in the course „Current Issues in International Psychology". Thanks to this courses you will not only have a chance to gain knowledge concerning various aspects of Psychology (each lecturer will cover a different topic) but you will also have an opportunity to participate in lectures held by professors from universities from all over the world. This is going to be a very interesting educational experience. I hope that the initiative described above will meet your interests.
