The Admission will contact you when your application will be registrated. Following documents will be needed for further procedure:
- signed personal questionnaire;
- signed on every page 2 copies of tuition agreement and 2 copies of attachments (name, second name and sign);
- an original of high school diploma (a photocopy of the certificate only in case of nostrification (details);
- an original of legalization or apostille of high school diploma (photocopy of legalization or apostille in case of nostrification) http://www.apostille.com.pl/angielski.html;
- an original of sworn translation into Polish high school diploma and legalization/apostille (a photocopy of sworn translation into Polish maturity certificate and legalization/apostille only in case of nostrification);
- a photocopy of passport, I.D. card or other relevant identification document (front and reverse);
- a photocopy of the enrollment fee;
- health certificate (a statement issued by a medical doctor saying that you can study) in Polish or translated into Polish;
- 4 photos size 45x35 mm, without head cover or dark glasses with your head slightly turned to the side so as to show your left ear;
- in case of underage entrants: a photocopy of birth certificate, photocopies of passports of parents or legal guardians;
- a document certifying your knowledge of English.
To apply for Cross-Cultural Management and International Business Relations courses, you need:
- the appropriate certificate
- the results of placement test
To apply for English Studies (BA and MA levels) and Psychology in English language (MA-level), you need :
- the appropriate certificate (the list according to Annex)
- entrance exam in SWPS
Documents required after qualification and before the beginning of academic year:
- a photocopy of visa;
- a photocopy of the insurance policy, a photocopy of the a European health insurance card or certificate of accession to NFZ immediately after the beginning of studies;
- an original of a high school diploma – before review before the start of nostrification;
- an original of legalization/apostille before the start of nostrification;
- an original of Polish translation of a high school diploma and legalization/apostille before the start of nostrification
Documents required till the end of the 1st semester of study in case of need of nostrification:
- a certificate of nostrification of a high school diploma;
- an original of a high school diploma;
- an original of sworn translation into Polish of the certificate of high school diploma and legalization/apostille;

How to apply
Documents can be submitted: • in person or through a third party. It is advised that the candidate presents a valid ID card when applying or; • by post - adress: SWPS, Admissions Office ul. Chodakowska 19/31 03-815 Warsaw
The School reserves the right to cancel the program that does not meet our enrollment criteria.
