The Cross-cultural Management studies program is an interesting offer for all those who consider themselves humanists: those who are passionate about the social side of organizational life, who want to discover new cultures and use their knowledge in the practice of management. Management is more than a craft. It is, in fact, an art which requires imagination, and intuition to spot opportunities in all the world around. Our custom-designed curriculum, delivered fully in English to a heterogeneous international audience, allows a unique possibility to gain cross-cultural competence through everyday, practical experience of cultural diversity.
