How to register
Please enter the Registration section. You will see a registration form which allows you to submit your personal information, as well as the abstract. Please register only once, submitting all the information at one time.
Payment After your abstract is accepted please pay the conference fee. You can do it using PayPal - it allows you to make the payment through your PayPal account, or by credit card if you do not have an account. All the information about your payment is confidential - we receive only the name and the amount paid. For further information about security please visit www.paypal.com
You can also pay by wire transfer (the account number will be published later). The cost of the transfer should be covered by the sender.
Important! In order to avoid problems with identification of payment, in the title of the transfer please include the following:
- BSPSP 2012
- full name(s) of the participant(s)
- if you are a student, please also indicate it

The fee includes:
conference materials, coffee breaks, access to all lectures and seminars, welcoming reception.
Not included: transfer to and from the conference venue, conference dinner, social event (all available at additional charge - more information will be available soon); accommodation and lunches (special rates available in the conference venue - please book in the hotel by April 15th, 2012, asking for the BSPSP offer - number of places is limited!).
Deadlines
Abstract submission deadline: February 29th, 2012
Payment deadline: May 15th, 2012 (after the deadline the fee rises)
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable!
The abstracts will be reviewed within 6 weeks from the submission deadline.If you do not receive information about the acceptation of your abstract by that time, please contact us urgently.
