IN THE CONFERENCE VENUE
The conference will be held in Król Kazimierz Hotel in Kazimierz Dolny, Poland. Here you can find a map of how to get to the hotel when you arrive to Kazimierz Dolny.
Special rates are available for the BSPSP participants! Please book your accommodation by May 15th, 2012 saying you're a BSPSP participant, and you will receive a 40% discount on the hotel rates! The number of rooms with the discount is limited. You can also book a room using our Accommodation&Transport form. The price includes: accommodation in airconditioned rooms, breakfast, water and tea in the rooms, Internet connection, and access to SPA (the Blue Lagoon – a recreational pool with hydro massage, Finnish sauna, steam sauna with aromatherapy, the Shower of Sensations, and the Temple of Relaxation). The discounted prices: single room: 309,10zł per night (around 72 Euro*) double room: 405,65zł per night (around 95 Euro*) *The exact prices in Euro will be calculated based on the exchange rate from the day of payment. The approximate prices are based on the exchange rate from 26.01.2012. INFORMATION ABOUT KAZIMIERZ DOLNY The town of Kazimierz Dolny is an exceptional destination. Scenically located on the bank of the River Vistula and encircled by low wooded hills, Kazimierz Dolny offers an impressive number of historic sights. It was not only a royal city and one of the largest inland trade ports during the Polish Golden Age, but also a real jewel of Renaissance architecture, with its spectacular wooden villas and elegant arcades. For many years the town has been a magnet for artists, writers, architects and journalists seeking a unique and creativity-enhancing atmosphere. Additionally, Kazimierz Dolny is a setting for art festivals, and it houses dozens of art galleries and museums. It hosts the famous Film and Art Festival, the Festival of Klezmer Music and Tradition, and Summer Music Evenings in the parish church. How to get to Kazimierz Dolny from Warsaw:
- Train: Take a train from Central Railway Station in Warsaw to Railway Station in Puławy. Then, you should take a bus to Kazimierz Dolny. A bus station is situated near the Railway station in Puławy. You can check train timetable on this website: http://rozklad-pkp.pl/?q=en/node/143
- Bus: Take a bus from Warsaw directly to Kazimierz Dolny. A bus stop in Warsaw is situated just opposite the Palace of Culture and Science (opposite the Kinoteka cinema).
